Refund Policy
Scope
This Policy applies to paid Webconnectio course seats and facilitated labs invoiced by our Taipei office. The website does not process payments; refunds are handled against the original invoice method.
Eligibility and timeframe
Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date (or the scheduled Assurance Lab date) and you have not received downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus.
Partial refunds
Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive a 50% refund of the seat fee. Cancellations inside 5 days are not refundable except where required by mandatory law or where Webconnectio cancels the program.
Conditions for full or partial refund
- Request must come from the paying organization or the named learner with payer confirmation.
- Invoice number and learner email must be included.
- Seat must not have been transferred to another learner already.
Non-refundable items
Custom curriculum design fees for Assurance Lab, third-party venue costs already incurred with your approval, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@webconnectio.digital with subject line “Refund request,” your invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies under this Policy.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer or card, as used). Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside our control.
Cancellation by Webconnectio
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later term at no extra seat fee.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandated travel restrictions may qualify for goodwill transfers or partial refunds outside the standard windows. Decisions are made case by case and documented in writing.
